Twilight Festival 2021

Monday 4 October  2:00pm - 9:00pm

We’re excited to be featuring two spectacular events: the Junior School ‘Emmanuel’s Got Talent’ and the Senior School ‘Battle of the Bands’, who will take centre-stage throughout the afternoon and into the evening with state-of-the-art concert lighting, sound equipment and video screens.

There will be the usual Festival favourites, including many rides, activities, food trucks and entertainment. We will not be including class stalls/activities however we are still needing to raise funds to cover costs and will be doing this via sponsorships, digital raffles and your support.

COVID SAFETY REQUIREMENTS


Regarding the current restrictions in Queensland, the College asks that you comply with the following Government requirements:

Prior to the event:

Please do not attend if in the previous 14 days you have:

  • Been in close contact with an active COVID-19 case
  • Been in a Queensland declared COVID-19 hotspot, place of concern or exposure venue as defined by the Chief Health Officer 
  • Had any of the following symptoms in the 24 hours before the event:

      - Fever
      - Cough
      - Sore throat 
      - Shortness of breath
      - Runny nose
      - Fatigue
      - Loss of smell and/or taste
      - Diarrhoea
      - Vomiting or nausea

At the event:

  • Please wear your face mask when unable to stay 1.5 metres away from people who are not from the same household
  • Be seated when eating and drinking
  • Singing and clapping to show appreciation for the performers is encouraged, but unfortunately dancing is not permitted.
