Congratulations to Elle Stevens. Elle made the top 50 (4th of 7 Australians) in the 16- 19 female age group at the ITU World Championships in Chicago last month. This was a great achievement in very adverse weather conditions. Well done Elle.
Congratulations to Alana Neave who recently returned from a Volleyball tour to Malaysia and Singapore with the Queensland Schools Open Girls team. The team was undefeated on tour and Alana played very well, earning a starting spot on the team throughout the tour.
Congratulations to Josh Edgar who just prior to the school holidays shot a course record 64 at Surfers Paradise Golf Club. What an unbelievable effort by this gifted golfer! Well done Josh!
Congratulations to our emerging Triathlon students on their recent successes. Lachlan Sosinski and Lachlan Jones have both been selected in the Queensland Talent Squad. Jack Sosinski is in the Emerging Talent Squad (Junior) and Tara Sosinski and Bianca Jones are in the Emerging Talent Squad (Youth). This is after a rigorous selection process. The boys now have the opportunity to compete in the ITU series throughout Australia and New Zealand, as well as a National Development Camp at AIS in December. Well done to all!

Congratulations to Melanie Watson who won the 16 year age division of the Queensland Bic Sailing Championships over the holidays. She won the ’Most Improved‘ Award at the Championships and has qualified for the Qualified for ISAF Sailing World Cup Melbourne in December.
Congratulations to Jorja Gunther on her recent Gymnastics performances. She won the Queensland Level 6 State Vaulting Title and was part of her club team that finished 5th of 36 teams at the Level 6 National Titles in Bendigo recently. Well done Jorja!
