The College Gymnasium opened April 2005. The facility offers fitness and resistance equipment that leads the industry standard for safety and design. The selected manufacturers of the equipment are leaders in their fields and we offer members certified and registered fitness professionals to deliver all training needs. Trainers perform individual assessments and design personalized programs based on the clients goals and lifestyle. The gym is open 6:30am to 8:30am and re-opens at 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.
