Congratulations to Joseph Brown (Yr 9) and Andrew Watson (Yr 10) who have attained their Web Developer’s certification from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in Term 2 this year. The W3C is the International Standards Organisation that sets standards for the World Wide Web. The online exam, run from Europe by their education and training division, is a 70 minute exam and requires applicants to achieve a pass mark of 75% from 70 questions in order to be certified as a developer in one of the seven technologies that this peak body oversees.
This is the third year that we have offered this certification option to our Computing students and to date, we have had eleven students receive their certification. Well done to both students!
