Duke of Edinburgh

Emmanuel College students voluntarily participate in the Duke of Edinburgh program each year and many have excelled in the program by achieving the highest level awards.

In the program, students enjoy opportunities to try new activities, learn new skills and have a great time along the way. They have the freedom to participate in a range of activities that they choose to try, which means they accomplish things they may never have had the opportunity to in the past.

The Award is about challenge, adventure and achievement and it is an internationally recognised program for young people aged 14-25.

Mrs Kerry Korowec and Mr Jerry Unser are the Emmanuel College co-ordinators of the Duke of Edinburgh program.
